  • Location Information (GPS): Used to record the location of clock-ins/outs and to prevent fraudulent time recording.

  • Device Information: Used for app optimization and security enhancement.

  • Name and Email Address: Used for account creation and user identification.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected information will be used only within the scope of the following purposes:

  • Attendance recording through high-precision facial recognition using AI technology.

  • Accurate tracking of work locations (via location data integration).

  • Improving operational efficiency through data integration within the iWorkly and iSeisou ecosystems.

  • Responding to user inquiries.

3. Handling of Facial Data and Security

To protect highly sensitive facial data, the Team has implemented the following measures:

  • Encryption: Collected data is securely transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption technologies.

  • Prohibition of Third-Party Disclosure: Personal information, including facial data, will never be provided or sold to third parties without the user’s consent.

  • Retention Period: Data will be promptly deleted from the server upon account deletion by the user or data deletion by the administrator.

4. Use of Location Information

This App acquires location information only at the time of clocking in or out. It does not track location constantly in the background. The acquired location data is used solely as part of the attendance log.

5. Protection and Deletion of Biometric Data

Facial recognition data is used exclusively for employee attendance management. Collected data is strictly managed within each company’s dedicated server and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties. Upon termination of employment or resignation, the relevant facial recognition data will be promptly and automatically erased from the system.

6. Compliance with Laws, Norms, and Reviews

The Team complies with Japanese laws and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds. Furthermore, we will review the content of this Policy as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement.
